A native of Iowa, Amy made Chicago her home 10 years ago. Having lived in various neighborhoods, she has an appreciation for Chicago's diversity and what it has to offer her clients. By combining her past experience in sales with an energetic personality, she is able to guide her clients smoothly through the real estate process.

Amy makes it her top priority to develop honest relationships that keep her clients interests  at heart. Amy is a graduate of Iowa State University with a B.S. degree in Biology.

  I think even Amy was surprised when the listing agent asked me how long I had been looking and I replied that this was the condo number 52.
  She thought I was exaggerating. I wasn't.
  
  Amy never rushed me to take something that wasn't exactly what I was looking for ... which was a condo that had an alternative layout that I could actually afford.
  
  I think she was completely prepared to continue looking despite the fact that my availability inevitably landed on a day it was 20 degrees and sleeting outside. She was wonderfully professional and even more importantly a real trooper. Her services have extended from the initial search right down to sending me a list of things to do for my move. Even in negotiating price/upgrades it was like pushing against a stone wall dealing with the developer, but Amy was collected the entire time and always seemed to know just how much to push back to keep things moving along. She never made me wait for an email/phone response and was always available to answer any questions/concerns I had..
